Briar Siljander is the founding member of Trio Law PLC, licensed and practicing in Michigan, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. Briar focuses his practice on business law - both transactional and litigation - with specific expertise in franchising and healthcare business. Briar counsels and represents businesses across a multitude of industries and at various stages, from new companies to established franchise systems and everything in between.

Briar graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a Health Law Certificate after completing his undergraduate work at Hillsdale College. Briar serves on the American Bar Association's Franchise Law Journal Editorial Board. He is a council member and past Chair for the State Bar of Michigan Antitrust, Franchising & Trade Regulation Section.

Briar is also the founder of Appeals Wizard, LLC, which has developed a software for managing responses and appeals of payment audits from healthcare payors.

​

When not practicing law, Briar enjoys spending time with family on the lake, water skiing, and playing hockey, volleyball, and a variety of other sports.
